Over the course of the past year, I have come firmly to believe that we are in need of a new social imagination. We need to begin to create together a vision for a sustainable and equitable future if we are to meet the challenges that we face. Yes, it is idealistic, but I think that the time is now for idealism.
A new social imagination will require the coming together of different disciplines and schools of thought, so expect postings on subjects ranging from local democracy and engagement, to sustainability, to positive psychology.
And since Social Imagination is inherently collective, I would love to hear your thoughts, conversations and perspectives.
